I received the harp a few days ago and have really been digging it... Reeds are seemingly very supple (responsive) and ob and od are all right there. Also really like the feel of the comb.

I play and have played a lot of different types of harps. Mike customized a Crossover for me that has become my favorite in my collection. It is perfect for the funk as well as country. I gigged with it twice this week in and amplified Chicago blues band setting and a trio accoustic gig and I appreciate the nuance and quality of your work. I received the Golden Melody in D you made for me this afternoon. Tonight I was playing and the first song was a slow blues in A. Out came the new D GM.Third song same harp. All I can say is that the harp was so sweet! So easy to play and the sound was fantastic.  At the end of the set the bass player came up to me and said "man you always sound good but tonight you were special...people in the audience came up to me and gave me the EXACT same compliment,word for word. Same me.. new harp from you. You really know what you're doing,thanks and here's my order for 2 more harps..C & A.  I've had other customs...this just beats them all.
