I am not sure how to order and/or don't want to use PayPal...any help?
Of course, just email or call me.
When ordering, what do you mean by Temperament?
Temperament here refers to the pitch standard and intonation of you Quicksilver harmonica. For example, a stock Golden Melody has a pitch standard set at A=443 and the intonation is Equal Temperament. A stock Marine Band or Marine Band Deluxe is A=442 and the intonation is a type of Compromise. I, (Mike) tune my harps to A=442 and use the stock Crossover tuning for almost all of my harmonicas. If you aren't sure what you want, just leave it blank, and I will contact you to discuss your options and come up with a temperament that works best for you.
What about harmonica repairs or adjustments to my Quicksilver harmonica?
Shoot me an email and we will discuss what services I can provide (cleaning, tuning, reed replacement, etc.) and an estimate of your cost (if any). If you are having ANY issues at all with a harmonica I built for you, chances are I can take care of it within 24hrs of getting the harp back free of charge. My primary goal is making sure you end up with a harmonica that meets your needs!
Can you help me learn to work on my own harmonicas?
Yes. Everyone has a price, lol. I am available for lessons, so if you are interested in harmonica-tech lessons, shoot me an email or give me a call.
What if I want a status update on an order?
All you have to do is call or email me, and I'll let you know where we are at with things. I usually send emails when I am within 1-2 weeks of shipping and then the day I ship. I use USPS Priority with delivery confirmation.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Generally, you'll need to add $15 to your order to cover shipping.
